Hello, my name is Dan Giles. My brother Ed and I are the owners and operators of
PRHP. We have lived on a farm in Fort Gaines, Georgia, our whole lives. Our father farmed here for 35 years until his death in 1999. After his death, we took over the farming operation. We have hunted the family land our entire lives, so we know the habits and routines of every type of wildlife found in this region.
Our guides have also been raised in this area and know the land as well as Ed and I.
We are very proud of our Southern heritage and wish to treat you to the same hospitality that has been prevalent in the South for over two centuries. We offer good old-fashioned Southern cooking which may include anything from fried chicken to a slow-cooked barbecue. We can also offer fresh seafood because of our proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.
The
Giles family has owned and operated Pine Ridge
for many years. It began as a simple farming
operation covering several hundred acres and
has grown into a much larger operation
covering several thousand acres from cotton,
corn, peanuts, and cattle. As with all their
holdings, Pine Ridge Hunting Plantation has
become one of the premier hunting destinations
in the world. |
